Mayhem ATV – Shop Policies (Oklahoma)
Service Authorization
By leaving a unit with Mayhem ATV, the customer authorizes inspection, diagnosis, and repair services. No repairs will be performed without customer approval, except for diagnostic labor.
Diagnostics, Inspection & Cleaning
All units are subject to a diagnostic fee. Units must be delivered in reasonably clean condition. If excessive mud, grease, oil, or debris is present, a $10 cleaning/inspection fee will be added to the diagnostic charge.
Units with extreme mud, heavy buildup, standing water, animal waste, or other hazardous contamination may be subject to additional cleaning fees, delayed service, or refusal of service at the discretion of Mayhem ATV.
Estimates
Estimates are based on initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered. Any additional repairs require customer approval before work continues.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required for all parts ordered. Parts will not be ordered until the deposit is received.
Payment in full is due at the time of pickup, including parts, labor, storage, and any additional fees. Units will not be released until all charges are paid in full.
Parts Policy
Special-order parts are non-refundable. Removed or replaced parts will be retained unless requested at the time of approval. Mayhem ATV is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability.
Turnaround Time
Repair timelines vary based on workload, parts availability, and unit condition. Completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Storage Fees
Units must be picked up within 5 business days of repair completion notification. After 5 business days, a storage fee of $35 per day will apply. Storage fees must be paid in full prior to unit release.
Abandoned Units – Oklahoma Law
Any unit left unpaid or unclaimed for 30 days or more may be considered abandoned under Oklahoma law. Mayhem ATV reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies allowed by Oklahoma law, including filing a mechanic’s lien and selling the unit to recover unpaid repair costs, storage fees, and administrative expenses, as permitted by law.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Mayhem ATV is not responsible for the fitment, performance, or failure of customer-supplied parts. Labor charges are not refundable due to part failure.
Warranty
Labor is warranted for 14 days from the date of completion.
All engine rebuilds and major rebuild services are warranted for 30 days from the date of completion.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, racing, overheating, improper maintenance, water intrusion, aftermarket electrical accessories, or normal wear and tear.
All parts installed by Mayhem ATV are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Mayhem ATV is not responsible for parts failure beyond the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Liability
Mayhem ATV is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, weather, or acts of nature while units are on the premises.
Right to Refuse Service
Mayhem ATV reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or unit for any reason, including unsafe modifications or abusive behavior.
